Lorena Belles is a Netherlands-based brand shipping to Canada and the United States.

- Free Delivery: Available on all orders to Canada and the United States

All orders are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. No additional customs duties or import fees apply to standard orders delivered within Canada or the United States. We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or to US territories subject to carrier restrictions. Some products may carry additional shipping limitations based on applicable regulations or our carrier's policies.
Shipping Process
After placing your order, you'll receive an initial confirmation email. Processing usually requires 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your shipment has been sent out, you'll get another email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery. The estimated shipping time is around 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
Possible Delays
Although we strive to provide timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to external circumstances. If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please allow up to 3 extra business days (Monday to Friday). If your order still hasn't been received after this period, please contact us at info@lorenabelles.com so we can look into the matter further.
Shipping Protection
At checkout, you can optionally add Shipping Protection to your order for a small fee. Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft, and damage during transit.
If your protected order arrives damaged, goes missing in transit, or is marked as delivered but was not received, contact us at info@lorenabelles.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date (or within 7 days of delivery for damaged items), including your order number and, where applicable, photos of the issue. We will resolve the claim with a free replacement or a full refund of the affected item(s), at your choice, without a carrier investigation period.
Shipping Protection is optional and can be removed at checkout. The Shipping Protection fee is refunded if your order is cancelled before shipment, and as part of any full-order refund claim under this protection. Orders placed without Shipping Protection remain covered by our standard Shipping and Return and Refund Policy; however, claims for lost or stolen parcels may require a carrier investigation, which can take additional time.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@lorenabelles.com. Kindly note that cancellations are no longer possible once the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or one that doesn't match your order, please email us at info@lorenabelles.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll review your request promptly and arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
